VLY - Stock price is 16.24, Special dividend price is 5%, Ex-dividend date is 05/05/2010. This stock had withstood the subprime debacle and consistently paid out its quarterly dividend of $0.19. Please do note that it is trading near 52 week high of $17.0. The good thing is that we should see some upward movement in June because of its quarterly dividend.
