Coin Egg

Ingredients
To make coin egg, you need the following ingredients

Two red onion
6-7 eggs
1 1/2 - 2 spoons of salt
1 1/2 - 2 spoons of red chilli powder depending on your spice tolerance.
1 spoon of garam masala
Cilanthro

Cooking instructions
1. Cut two red onions into very small pieces.
2. Heat some oil in a pan. Add tadka and then add the cut onions and heat them for about 5 minutes. Add two spoons of salf and 1 1/2 spoons of red chillie powser and 1 spoon of garam masala.
3. Mix the onions and heat them for another 3 minutes.
4. Lower the heat and spread the onions evenly across the pan. Make about 7 holes on the onions to drop broken eggs.
5. Break the eggs and fill them in the space created for them in the pan.
6. Cover the lid and let it heat for about 3-4 minutes.
7. Open the lid, flip them over and garnish with cilanthro.


Serve it with Rice + Daal.
