VLY - Stock price is 16.24, Special dividend price is 5%, Ex-dividend date is 05/05/2010. This stock had withstood the subprime debacle and consistently paid out its quarterly dividend of $0.19. Please do note that it is trading near 52 week high of $17.0. The good thing is that we should see some upward movement in June because of its quarterly dividend.

FORTY - Stock price is 15.21, special dividend price is $1.47, Record date is 04/06/2010. The dividend news was announced on 22nd and the stock has already gone up from 13.25 to 15.21 in the last two days. But the stock looks dangerous as its been on upward trend in the last one year.

Looks like a good one to buy on the way down after the ex-dividend date and catch the way up in March.

CYS - Stock price is 14.11, Quarterly dividend price is 0.55, Ex-dividend date is 12/29/2009. This stock has been trading in between 13-14 for nearly the last 6 months. So this seems like a good price to enter.
DRP - Stock price is 15.83, Monthly dividend price + special dividend price is 1.88, Ex-dividend date is 12/29/2009. This stock is trading nearly at its 52-week high but the dividend price looks pretty good. Another good thing is that it provides a monthly dividend price of 0.08.
