Ingredients
2 cups of cooked basamati rice
1 large bunch of spinach
1 Red onion cut it in to long pieces
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
2 cloves
2 elachi
2 bayleafs
1 Cinammon stick of 1/2 inch
1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste
3 to 5  green chillies paste
1/2 tbsp of gram masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp 0f vegetable oil

Cooking Instruction
1. Cook rice in regular way.
2. Boil spinach and make a puree of it.
3. In a pan heat some oil and add some cumin seeds,elachi,cloves,cinammon stick and bay leafs.
4. Add long cut peices of onion and fry till they are light brown.
5. Add ginger-garlic and green chilli paste, fry it for 2 min.
6. Add gram masala and fry it for 2 min.
7. Add spinach puree and cook till the oil gets seperated.
8. Season with salt and lemon juice and cook for 3 min.
9. Finally transfer this mixture to the cooked rice and serve it with raita.
